Matthew Kruchko

President and CEO

As President and CEO, Mr. Kruchko brings extensive knowledge of global strategy and marketing, including deep technology and SaaS experience, which the Board believes will be important as the company continues to develop and market its business transformation offerings.

Mr. Kruchko was previously Executive Vice President of Strategy and Global Marketing for the UK-based SaaS software company Kalibrate Technologies PLC, a London Stock Exchange (AIM) listed SaaS software and consulting company which recently completed a successful going private transaction with the private equity firm Hanover Investors. Prior to MCX, he was Principal and the Chief Strategy Officer of Connect Brands, Inc., a San Francisco based marketing and advertising company, and was previously Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Applied Storytelling, a brand activation firm. Mr. Kruchko studied finance and marketing at the University of Southern Maine and is currently an advisory board member for the Detroit Creative Corridor Center (DC3).

Gregg Budoi

CFO, Chairman of the Board

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Budoi brings extensive executive management experience from several public and private companies, as well as significant experience in the SaaS software industry. 

Mr. Budoi has been a director since August 2018 and he currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Budoi was the Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Kalibrate Technologies Plc, a London Stock Exchange (AIM) listed SaaS software and consulting company which recently completed a successful going private transaction with the private equity firm Hanover Investors. Prior to that, he was a co-founder and former President and CEO of EZ Energy USA, Inc. (“EZ”), a wholesale fuel and retail convenience store company with over $500 million in revenue that was successfully sold to a strategic buyer. EZ utilized a shell parent company domiciled in Israel to raise bond debt and equity through its listing on the Tel Aviv stock exchange. Mr. Budoi has also been a partner in investment banking financial advisory firm where from 2006 to 2007 where he established a corporate finance advisory services platform and completed several corporate restructurings as well as M&A and capital raising transactions. Mr. Budoi has experience operating companies and raising capital on the American Stock Exchange, Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, AIM London Stock Exchange and the OTC and TSX Exchanges. Mr. Budoi holds a BS in Business Administration/Finance from Ohio State University, and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Christopher Rowlison

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Rowlison is an executive-level digital strategy, technology, and customer experience professional with two decades of experience delivering consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Currently, he is President of Liquid Agency, a Brand Experience Agency based in Silicon Valley. Mr. Rowlison was most recently SVP & Chief Client Officer at Wire Stone, where he spent 15 years in various positions and was instrumental in its successful sale to Accenture Interactive Company. Previously, Mr. Rowlison was Senior Director, Emerging Marketing Solutions for Hewlett-Packard.

Nii Quaye

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Quaye has been a director since August 31, 2017. Previously, Mr. Quaye was the Senior Vice President of Global Head of Service Quality for the Abu Dhabi based First Gulf Bank (FGB) and Vice President, Group Head of Customer Service for Ecobank Transnational Incorporated. Mr. Quaye also was General Manager and Head of Service and Quality for the Saudi Investment Bank and was a Senior Vice President at CitiGroup where he was responsible for administering that company’s Global Contact Center. A GE-trained Six Sigma Black Belt, Mr. Quay holds a B.A. from Ottawa University, a J.D. from the University of Maryland Law School, and an MBA in Finance & Investments from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Mr. Quay brings to the Board significant global finance and technology experience with several large global organizations, which the Board believes will be important as the Company continues to grow.
